My Love for West Seattle comes from It's Quirkiness.
Tracey is practically a West Seattle native and has lived in the area for over 30 years. She fell in love with West Seattle when she moved to Beach Drive with friends shortly after graduating from Washington State University. She has watched West Seattle grow from a quiet community into one of the most desired addresses in Seattle. She now lives in the Admiral area with her family and is very familiar with the neighborhoods, the schools and the community of West Seattle.
Prior to earning her Real Estate license, Tracey worked in the food industry in corporate sales and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding and project management. Her background serves her well in negotiations and providing her clients with a wealth of support and guidance throughout the purchase and sale process. Tracey is very organized, creative and a good communicator. She has also acted as her own general contractor during a major home remodel. Her idea of fun is visiting open houses on Sunday afternoons with her family, followed by a night of binge-watching HGTV.
